With a magnificent panoramic view toward the ocean and the mountains, the 70 m² holiday house is situated all by itself on a hill in Tijarafe – La Punta, surrounded by fields with fig, almond and avocado trees as well as flowers. It is equipped with furniture made of pine and offers three small bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bathroom with new shower. Surrounding the house is a broad terrace that has been laid out with terracotta tiles, which can be secured from all sides for children. In front of the bedroom with the queen bed is a large shady date palm.  The house is surrounded by a sea of flowers. A pretty walk leads to a small village square with shop, inn, a wholemeal bakery and bus stop.
