This elegant, 60 m² country home is situated in a wonderful detached location in the lava slopes and vineyards below the little hamlet of Las Indias – with only one neighbouring house. This location offers one of the best climates on the island and a breathtaking ocean view. The restored original rural house consists of a spacious lounge with a built-in kitchen, dining table and lovely sitting area with a sofa bed, a small bedroom – all decorated in a beautiful country style- as well as a pretty, small bathroom. Satellite TV, radio and Internet are available. The house has an air-conditioning system, which can also be used for heating as well as an electric fire place. The rooms have been furnished right down to the very last detail with lots of love and care. They have pitched roofs with wood-beamed ceilings and a fine mosaic stone floor. Under a roof in front of the bedroom there is a very charming place to sit and enjoy the lush garden and paradisiacal views. The wonderful garden offers a great variety of tropical plants, a nice barbecue area and a heated whirlpool (additional charge). Situated behind the house, elaborately built natural stone walls support the terraced mango plantation. The charming owners are very attentive to the needs of their guests.
