Casa Los Sueños

The feudal estate in Las Manchas, close to Los Llanos is fully free-standing, situated on the ridge of a hill, with a wonderful view across the western coast of La Palma and the ocean as well as to the mountains. It consists of two completely separated living units, each with an own, partially covered terrace, and it offers the charm of an idyllically renovated, more than a century old, bodega with thick walls and open wooden-beamed ceilings above large rooms, the floors of which have been covered with Oriental rugs. The Casa is the larger part of the house with a surface of 150 m², a non-smoker house with two beautiful bedrooms and each with an own bathroom and a wonderful living area, furnished with Mexican solid wood furniture and a fireplace. Here, elevated, the elegant kitchen has been built in (with an oven and dishwashing machine). A super-sized window panel can be opened in its entirety, leading to a 80 m² southern-facing terrace, and thanks to this, one can enjoy the fantastic view directly from the leather couch! The terrace is equipped with beautiful planters, teak furniture and a barbecue. In a small porch is the outdoor laundry house with washing machine/drier as well as a guest toilet. Also included is central heating, a safe, a stereo system, satellite TV, ADSL connection (also WiFi).
