The beautiful country home is situated all by itself in a peaceful location and pleasantly warm climate below the village of Tijarafe. Its very original architecture was conserved during restoration in the pilot project for sustainable tourism “Turismo Rural”. On a surface of 80 m², there are two double bedrooms, a kitchen with dining table, the bathroom and a living room with big satellite TV, WiFi and a stereo system. The rooms have the typical wood-beamed ceilings, and are simply and beautifully furnished. Because of the beautiful old pitched roof the walls between the bedrooms and the passage do not reach all the way up to the ceiling. The air underneath these roofs can circulate nicely. The spacious terrace is partially protected by an avocado grove. The other part offers a marvellous view toward the ocean. Next to the house is a large sitting area as well as a barbecue area, all with a wonderful view to the sea. And above the house there is a big lawn with a magnificent glass pavilion.
