Casa Ariadna Grande

The 120 m² new house has a quiet location at the outskirts of Tijarafe. It is surrounded by plants such as high rosemary, hibiscus and rose hedges as well as date palms. The property and the house are very well looked after and maintained with lots of love and attention to detail. When entering the house, a corridor with beautiful old chests and terracotta tiles connects the three bedrooms with the spacious living room. Here various chairs and a sofa as well as a cosy fireplace offer space for a nice get together. WiFi, Sat TV and small stereo system are available. Queen bed A sliding door leads from the living room to the generously furnished kitchen, with a large dining table. The elegant furniture made of solid wood and plenty of cabinet space also make for an atmosphere of well-being. (The warm water is primarily provided with solar panels.) The morning sun shines into the kitchen and the bathroom, in the evening, when sitting in front of the house, one can enjoy the sun setting into the ocean. On the terrace in front of the kitchen door there is a beautiful brick-built barbecue.
